Services and local business
A local service does not sell a product. It sells trust — and there is no way to photograph that.
You cannot photograph expertise
The tradesman does excellent work and presents it terribly. The solicitor sells clarity and publishes texts nobody understands. The clinic is up against fear, not price. In every case the same thing is missing: a way to show the process and the result before the customer decides.
What you can film
The life you will live there, not the floor area
For estate agents and developers: the empty flat furnished and lived in, so the buyer can picture living there.
What actually happened to the car
For garages: explaining the fault so that the customer understands it. Trust is the whole product.
The fear explained
For clinics and dentists: the procedure without the procedure. It is often the parent who decides, not the patient.
Explain it to your grandmother
For advisers, accountants and insurance brokers: one complicated thing, one clear scene.
What to watch out for
- The format is short and repeatable — one problem, one video.
- Do not promise a result you cannot deliver. In health and financial services that is not only an ethical problem but a legal one.
- Do not replace a real procedure, a real building or a real person with a generated likeness without making it clear that it is an illustration.
